- Choose Nora’s profile so her information stays separate from a sibling’s or pet’s.
- Scan the clinic card or enter its documented details. Compare the result with the original; leave unclear fields unresolved.
- Keep the source attachment with the record and set a reminder for a confirmed follow-up or a question to the clinic.
- Ask the school what it accepts. With Plus, create a PDF of the saved information; bring the provider’s original if required.

Do not invent a date. Keep the source and ask its issuer to clarify before treating the entry as confirmed.

How does Cloud Sync work?
Records are stored on your device by default. Optional Cloud Sync is a Plus feature and requires sign-in; each device chooses whether to participate. Exported or shared files have their own storage and recipients.
