Vaccine Ready is designed to help families organize vaccination records, reminders, and proof while keeping family health data under the user's control.
- The app can be used without creating a separate account.
- Family record data is intended to stay on your device unless you choose Cloud Sync.
- We do not sell personal information or health-related data.
- Website analytics are limited to understanding performance, navigation, and calls to action.
Information we process
Depending on how you use the service, this may include profile details, vaccination records, reminders, scanned attachments, exported proof, support messages, purchase status, and limited website/device diagnostics.
Apple, hosting, analytics, subscription, and sync providers may process information needed to operate the app, website, purchases, support, and security.
How we use information
We use information to provide the website and app features, store and sync records you choose to manage, support purchases, respond to questions, monitor reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Your choices
You choose whether to enter records, enable sync, allow notifications, use camera/photo permissions, purchase premium features, or contact support.
Optional destination health updates
If you enable destination health updates, our notification service processes your selected country codes, consent and expiry times, a random installation identifier, authentication data, an Apple push token, notification permission, language and time zone. This is separate from Cloud Sync and does not send vaccination records, profile details or your full itinerary.
Convex hosts registration and delivery data, and Apple delivers the alerts. We record delivery outcomes and whether an alert was opened to monitor the service. You can turn updates off per trip or for all trips. Offline changes apply when you reconnect; an alert already sent cannot be recalled. Delivery records are removed after 30 days, and registrations inactive for 180 days are revoked.
Local records, optional sync and shared copies
Local record keeping does not require a separate account. Cloud Sync is optional, requires Plus and sign-in, and is chosen per device. PDF exports and shared files may be stored outside the app; check recipients and storage before sharing. The printable website resources collect no health information.
