Feature

Keep vaccination records in one private place

Scan paper vaccine cards and organize saved doses by profile. Find dates and records quickly when school, travel, or a clinic asks.

Vaccine Ready family vaccination records screen on iPhone

Give every person or pet a clear vaccine history instead of spreading details across paper cards, photo rolls, and old portal screenshots.

Add records manually or scan older cards, then keep dates, doses, notes, and attachments attached to the right profile.

One view per profile

Review one person's history without sorting through the rest of the household.

Less card hunting

Move details out of drawers, folders, and screenshots before the next request.

Details stay together

Keep dates, dose context, providers, notes, and attachments in the same record.

Vaccination Records

What this helps with

  • Save vaccine names, dates, doses, providers, batch numbers, notes, and attachments
  • Keep each person's history separated by profile
  • Scan older paper cards so catch-up entry takes less work

Common moments

  • Clinic visits
  • School enrollment
  • Caregiver handoffs

A family record, from paper to a useful copy

Fictional example: a caregiver needs Nora’s vaccination record for a school request.

  1. Choose Nora’s profile so her information stays separate from a sibling’s or pet’s.
  2. Scan the clinic card or enter its documented details. Compare the result with the original; leave unclear fields unresolved.
  3. Keep the source attachment with the record and set a reminder for a confirmed follow-up or a question to the clinic.
  4. Ask the school what it accepts. With Plus, create a PDF of the saved information; bring the provider’s original if required.

App screenshots contain demonstration records. This example explains organization, not a vaccination schedule or an official certificate.

What to do next

  1. Select the correct person or pet.
  2. Copy the vaccine name and date from a source document.
  3. Save the document with the recorded details.

Questions before you start

What if the date on a source is unreadable?

Do not invent a date. Keep the source and ask its issuer to clarify before treating the entry as confirmed.

Does it find my official vaccination records automatically?

No. Add existing records yourself or scan a card, then check the recognized names, dates and doses against the source. Keep missing information marked as unknown and request official copies from the provider.

Can I keep records for multiple family members?

Free includes one person or pet, unlimited records, card scanning, timeline, local reminders and App Lock. Vaccine Ready Plus adds unlimited profiles, optional Cloud Sync and PDF exports. Email and text reminders are upcoming.
